HPLC法检测功能红曲中的洛伐他汀

摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC) ,选用SpherisorbODS柱 ,以甲醇 0 1%磷酸 (75∶2 5)分离测定功能红曲中的洛伐他汀 ,检测波长 2 37nm .该方法具有良好的线性关系和分离度 ,重现性好 ,平均回收率为 10 0 43% ,RSD为 1 82 % .本文对功能红曲样品进行测定 ,最高洛伐他汀含量为 2 38 2 1μg/ g .此法快速、准确 ,可作为此类产品质量控制方法

Abstract:The paper describes the determination of Lovastatin in functional red koji by means of HPLC(high performance liquid chromatoguphic). Lovastatin is separated on the Spherisorb ODS column using methanol 0 1% phosphoric acid (75∶25) as mobile phase. Detection wavelength is 237 nm. The method demonstrates good linear relationship, separation drgree and reproducibility. The average recovery rate of Lovastatin is 100 43% and RSD (Relative Standard Deviation) is 1 82%. The experiment shows that the highest content of Lovastatin in functional red koji is 238 21μg/g. The approach has characteristics of quickness and accuracy, which can serve as the quality control method of the similar products.
