海藻天然活性物质对小麦苗期抗旱性的调节作用

摘    要:用海藻天然活性物质Alga600的3000倍稀释液浸种后将小麦种子加入不同浓度PEG-6000溶液,进行不同的渗透胁迫以及盆栽试验,以鉴定海藻活性物质对小麦幼苗抗旱性的影响。结果表明:Alga600浸种可以增强小麦幼苗抗渗透胁迫的能力;盆栽试验不同干旱条件下施用Alga600均能减轻干旱胁迫对质膜的伤害,减缓小麦叶片含水量的降低,降低MDA、可溶性蛋白的含量,减少抗逆调节物质脯氨酸、可溶性糖的含量,减缓小麦叶片叶绿素A的降解,可缓解干旱胁迫对小麦生长的影响。

Abstract:The experiment soaks seeds after the clear water and the Alga600 of 3000 time of diluent joins the wheat seed the different density PEG-6000 solution,under the different seepage forces the condition,the appraisal active material of marine the influence which grows to the wheat seedling.The result indicates: Alga600 soaks seeds may strengthen the ability which the wheat seedling anti-seepage forces;under the different arid condition employs Alga600 all can reduce arid forces to the protoplasmic membrane injury,reduces the protoplasmic membrane penetrability;increases the wheat leaf blade the water content;reduces MDA,the soluble protein content;increases the resistance adjustment matter pralines,the soluble sugar content;increases chlorophyll A the content.
