风信子与欧洲水仙香气差别的GC-MS初探

采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)和气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对风信子和欧洲水仙的两个品种分别进行挥发性气体成分种类和含量的测定。从风信子两个品种中均检测出51种香气成分,同时它们的主要成分按相对含量大小都依次为萜烯类、酯类和醇类,从欧洲水仙两个品种中各检测出40和54种香气成分,它们的主要成分依次是萜烯类和醚类。其中‘粉珍珠’和‘蓝衣’特征香气相同,为:乙酸苄酯、β-罗勒烯、β-月桂烯、β-苯乙醇;‘伊莎’和‘阿克罗波利斯’有相同的特征香气:β-罗勒烯、β-月桂烯,此外‘伊莎’还有特征香气顺式-β-罗勒烯、P-二甲醚,‘阿克罗波利斯’有异松油烯。两个种类间主要特征香气的不同造成了两者香味的不同。

Difference in aromatic components between Hyacinths and European Daffodil by GC-MS

Different aromatic components of Hyacinths and European Daffodil(two varieties for each) were analyzed,for the purpose of probing aromatic differences of the two species on the molecular level.The aromatic components of Hyacinths and European Daffodil were analyzed using static headspace and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.A total of 51 kinds of volatile components were detected in both varieties of Hyacinths,the major categories being terpenes,esters,and alcohols.A total of 40 to 54 kinds of volatile components were detected in to the varieties of European Daffodil,and the major categories of aromatic components were terpenes and ethers.According to the results,the Acetoxytoluene,beta-Ocimene,beta-Myrcene,and beta-Phenethyl alcohol were the characteristic aromatic components for the two varieties of Hyacinths.However,the characteristic aromatic components for European Daffodil were Beta-Ocimene and beta-Ocimene.The European Daffodil variety ’Isha’ also has cis-beta-Ocimene and P-Dimethoxybenzene,and the variety ’Acropolis’ also has Terpinolene as the characteristic aromatic components.It was concluded that the different smell of the two species was determined by the differences in the aromatic components.
