联苯菊酯对温室白粉虱的作用特点及田间药效

用“叶片药膜法”测定了8种杀虫剂对温室白粉虱成虫的毒力,以联苯菊酯最为突出,LC_(50)为249mg/L,其余依次为功夫(为41.40mg/L)、溴氰菊酯(为67.56mg/L)、灭扫利、马朴立克、氯氰菊酯、来福灵及乐果,同时,联苯菊酯的毒力随幼虫龄期增长而减低的程度目前仍较小,在植株上的残效性也较好.田间使用有效浓度为8mg/L联苯菊酯喷雾,速效及残效均高于16mg/L溴氰菊酯。

The Action and Effect of Biphenthrin to Witefly of Glasshouse

The toxicity of 7 pyrethroids and dimethoate were tested to the adults ofwhitefly of glasshouse Trialeurodes vaporariourum Westw.) adopted a method whichadults testal were expond on the surface of leaf treated ith an inseticide in laboratory.The biphenthrin was the most toxicity LC_(50) to this adult was only 2.49mg/L, in orderof LC_(50), others were as follows: cyhalothrin (41.40mg/L), deltamethrin (67.56mg/L),fenpropathrin, fluvalinate, ypermethrin, esfenvalerate and dimethoate. A less different ofsensitivity degree between variant instars of larvae, nd a hight toxicity of residuralinsecticide on leaf treated, both were reflected in treatment of biphenthrin but not eltamethrin.In cucumber glasshouse, the effect got 81.89% after 24 h. and 49.63% after 1 weekwhen 16mg/L(ai) eltamethrin was sprayed, but the the got 98.58% after 24 h. and74.39% after 2 week when 8mg/L(ai) biphenthrin was prayed.
