7个小豆核心种质杂交亲和力的研究

摘    要:作物杂交亲和力的高低直接影响杂交结荚率 ,也是育种工作中最基础的研究内容。选用JN5、JN0 0 1、河北 80 1、B 1、L I 10、NL3、大纳言 7个重要的小豆核心种质作正反交试验 ,对其亲和力进行了研究 ;并对部分组合的F1植株超亲优势、中亲优势进行了分析。结果表明 ,(1)空气中湿度较大或阴天时杂交成功率较高。 (2 )不同种质材料的杂交亲和力有显著差异 ,同一种质材料作为父本或母本其杂交亲和力也有显著差异。大纳言、河北 80 1、JN0 0 1等 3个种质材料用作母本比用作父本亲和力好 ;而NL3用作父本要远远好于用作母本 ;JN5品种在父本中亲和力最高 (平均达 2 6 9% ) ,作为母本其亲和力也相对较高 (17 7% ) ,JN5可作为桥梁亲本。 (3)由亲和力高的种质材料杂交组配得到的F1植株杂种优势也比较明显。 (4)研究所改良的杂交新方法可以大大提高杂交结荚率 ,使小豆育种组配工作中最关键的一步取得了突破性的进展

Abstract:The degree of cultivar's hybridization compatibility, which is the most fundamental subject of breeding, affects directly the success of hybridization This thesis does research on the compatibility, by respectively experimenting on the reciprocal cross of the following important Adzuki bean's nucleus grem plasm,comprising JN 5, JN 001, He bei 801, B 1, L I 10, NL3 and Danayan Moreover, it offers analysis on F 1 over-parent heterosis, mid-parent heterosis based on some of hybrid combinations The following primary results were revealed: (1) F 1 hybrid vigor is obvious in hybrid combination of higher compatibility (2)Concerning the success rate of hybridization, notable distinctions lie in the compatibility of the different lines, and even in the compatibility of a particular line when it is both experimented as male parentand female parent For example, three lines of Danayan, He bei801 and JN 011 show better compatibility when they are used as female parent than when used as male parent By contrast, NL 3 demonstrates a far higher success rate when it is applied as male parentthan when applied as female parent Among male parentexperimental materials ,JN 5 tops others as far as compatibility is concerned( Average: 26 9% ) and shows relatively higher compatibility( Average: 17 7%) when used as female parent Therefore, it can serve as bridge parent (3)The new hybrid method improved in this research will considerably increase the success rate of hybridization, which is to contribute the most significant breakthrough in breeding Adzuki bean
