有、无果梗冬枣采后不同部位呼吸量变化及贮藏效果的研究

摘    要:对冬枣采后有、无果梗果实冷藏(1~2℃)期间不同部位呼吸量的变化以及有果梗和无果梗对果实贮藏品质及效果的影响进行研究。结果表明,冷藏期间有、无果梗的冬枣随着贮藏期的延长,呼吸强度呈缓慢增加的趋势;无果梗冬枣的呼吸强度高于有果梗的;无梗冬枣果梗部的呼吸强度极显著(P0.01)高于有果梗的。有果梗冬枣果梗部的呼吸占27%~39%,果皮呼吸占61%~73%;无果梗冬枣果梗部的呼吸约占77%,果皮呼吸约占23%。有、无果梗的果实其果梗部的呼吸比例在贮藏过程中有上升趋势,说明贮藏过程中果皮的透气性降低。与无梗冬枣相比,有梗的冬枣保持较高的果实硬度和维生素C含量,有效延缓可溶性固型物和可滴定酸含量下降,显著降低果实的腐烂率,保持极好的贮藏效果。

Abstract:The storage effect of winter jujube with and without stems and its different parts respiratory rate and quality were measured.The respiratory rate of winter jujube with and without stems had a slow upward trend during storage and the respiratory rate of winter jujube without stems was higher than that with stems;the respiratory rate from stem part of winter jujube without stems was significantly(P < 0.01) higher than that with stems.The respiration rate in stems of winter jujube with stem was about 27%-39%,and peel was about 61%-73%;the respiration rate of stems in without stems winter jujube was about 77%,peel was about 23%.Compared to winter jujube without stems,the fruits with stems kept higher firmness and contents of ascorbic acid,titratable acidity and soluble solids,and had lowerrot,These results suggested that winter jujube with stems maintained postharvest quality.
