黄瓜重组自交系部分群体在日光温室条件下的光合特性与产量变化

摘    要:为了探明耐低温弱光品种欧洲8号和露地型品种秋棚及其后代重组自交系(RIL)群体在日光温室条件下光合特性与产量的变化规律,对RIL部分群体及其亲本进行了叶绿素荧光、光合速率和产量的测定。结果表明,各品系的叶绿素荧光动力学参数(Fv/Fm,qN)、叶绿素荧光动力曲线的M峰值和光合速率存在较大差异。品系127和73表现出较低的Fv/Fm值,同亲本欧洲8号相似,在qN,M峰、净光合速率等指标上接近或超过了亲本欧洲8号;而品系46,52,89等表现与亲本秋棚相似,在各项指标上接近或低于亲本秋棚。品系127和73在产量上还表现出超亲的优势。

Abstract:The changes of photosynthesis characters and yield of some recombinant inbred lines(RIL communities) were studied which were the offsprings of the Europe 8(a variety which could bear low temperature and low light intensity) and the Qiupeng(a variety of China open-field) in greenhouse.The results showed that there were differences on chlorophyll fluorescence dynamics parameter(Fv/ Fm,qN),M-peak and photosynthetic rate in different varieties.The 127 and 73 appeared the similar characters with parent-Europe 8 in low chlorophyll fluorescence dynamics parameter of Fv/Fm and high qN,M-peak,photosynthetic rate;the 46,52 and 89 showed the similar characters with patentQiupeng.The yield of the 127 and 73 exceeded parent-Europe 8.
