天津白公猪性发育过程中促黄体素和睾酮变化规律

用放免法测定了6头天津白公猪从出生到7月龄之间外周血清中促黄体素(LH)和睾酮(T)浓度的变化规律。结果显示,LH和T浓度变化规律基本一致。LH和T均从出生后便开始快速上升(P<0.05),并均在0.5月龄达到首次高峰后便下降。LH浓度在3~4.5月龄之间相对较高(P<0.05),并于4月龄时达到峰值,之后出现一定程度下降并保持相对稳定。T浓度在1.5~3月龄之间维持在极低水平,3.5~4月龄之间有一定程度的上升但不显著;随后急剧上升,4.5月龄时T浓度极显著升高(P<0.01);之后呈现逐渐的、不显著的上升,但7月龄时T浓度显著高于4.5月龄值。结果表明,天津白公猪的LH和T两激素的分泌范型在5~7月龄之间逐渐成熟。

Changes of Serum LH and Testosterone in Tianjin White Boars during Sexual Development

Changes of Luteinizing hormone(LH)and testosterone(T)concentrations in Tianjin White boars(n=6)sera were investigated by radioimmunoassay during their sexual development from birth to 7 months of age.The results showed that there was a similar profile between the mean sera concentrations of LH and T.Both of them rose significantly(P<0.05)from birth to a higher level at 0.5 month of age,and then declined.LH concentration ascended to a relatively higher levels during 3.5～4.5 months,and peaked at 4.5 months.Thereafter,LH concentrations descended to some degree and kept relatively constant. Testosterone concentration was lower(P<0.05)during 1.5～3 months,increased nonsignificantly during(3.5～4) months,then ascended sharply.At 4.5 months of age,T concentrations was significantly higher(P<0.01)than before.After that,there showed a progressive and nonsignificant increase in T level,and the T value at 7 months was significantly higher(P<0.05)than 4.5 months.The study indicated that the secretion patterns of two reproductive hormones LH and T in Tianjin White boars were in maturation during(5~7)months of age.
