| 摘 要： | 农业文化遗产保护是一个近年来引起全球关注的问题。农业文化遗产与其他人类文化遗产形式一样，都是人类文明的结晶和共同财富，具有不可估量的价值。近年来，由于经济和社会的快速发展，导致传统农业文化逐渐萎缩，必须通过加强立法的手段加以保护。目前中国还没有关于农业文化遗产保护方面的专门性法律，当务之急是尽快制定《农业文化遗产保护条例》，明确政府的义务和职权，建立相应的保护制度，明确传统农业文化遗产的认定标准，建立登录制度，通过立法规范传统农业文化遗产的开发与利用。

| Abstract: | The legal protection for legacy of agricultural culture is a globally focused issue in recent years.China has a long history of agricultural culture,but due to the rapid economic and social development,traditional agricultural culture disappeared gradually.The legacy of agricultural culture is valuable,which should be protected by law.It is urgent to enact Agricultural Culture Legacy Protection Act,in which the obligation and duty of government are defined and protective system is set up. |
