摘    要:【目的】为了克服夏季蝴蝶兰生产催花降温难度大、效果差、费用高的问题。【方法】以5个品种蝴蝶兰为试验材料,设置植物工厂与传统温室两种催花生产方式,测定蝴蝶兰抽梗时间、抽梗率、花苞数、始花时间,并比较生产成本和生产效益。【结果】采用植物工厂催花后转移到温室中生长开花的生产方式,可以缩短蝴蝶兰生长周期,降低生产成本。【结论】构建的植物工厂蝴蝶兰催花与生产的技术体系,可广泛应用于未来蝴蝶兰规模化生产中。

Abstract:Objective]The aim of this study is to overcome the problems during flower forcing via lowering temperature in Phalaenopsis production in summer,including great difficulty,poor efficiency,and high cost.Methods]Five Phalaenopsis varieties with 1.7-inch hight were used as the materials.Two production modes,plant factory and traditional greenhouse were used,and after measuring the peduncle-growing period,bolting rate,bud number,and early flowering time,the production cost and benefit were analyzed and compared.Results]After flower forcing in plant factory,the Phalaenopsis was tranferred into traditional greenhouse for flowering,which can shorten the gowth cycle and reduce the production cost.Conclusion]The flower forcing and production technology system via plant factory can be used in large scale production of Phalaenopsis.
