欧洲丁香品种间人工杂交授粉试验初报

【目的】探索欧洲丁香不同品种间人工杂交亲和力的强弱及杂交种子的萌发情况。【方法】以17个欧洲丁香品种为亲本,进行32个杂交组合的人工杂交授粉和杂交种子播种试验,对杂交组合的结实率、产种率及种子出苗率进行统计分析。【结果】13个杂交组合的结实率为0,其余19个均能结实,但结实率和产种率差异很大;在采收到种子的18个杂交组合中,有5个组合的种子出苗率为0,9个组合低于20%,4个组合的在30%~60%之间,共获得杂交苗633株。【结论】根据欧洲丁香品种亲本间亲和力的强弱,对各个杂交组合的适宜程度进行评价。

Preliminary study on hybrid pollination test among different varieties of Syringa vulgaris

Objective] To investigate the artificial hybrid affinity among different varieties of Syringa vulgaris and the germination situation of hybrid seeds.Methods] 17 varieties of S.vulgaris were selected as parents and 32 hybrid combinations were designed.After artifitial hybrid pollination,the harvested seeds were sowed,and seed setting rate,seed yield rate and seed germination rate were measured.Results] 13 combinations' seed setting rates were zero,and the remaining 19 combinations can fructify,but their seed setting rates and seed yield rates were different greatly.Among the 18 combinations whose seeds were harvested,5 of which's seed germination rates were zero,9 of which's were below 20％ and 4 of which's were between 30-60％,and 633 individual hybrid seedlings were obtained.Conclusion] According to the artificial hybrid affinity,the suitability of hybrid combination for pollination and hybrid breeding was evaluated among different varieties of S.vulgaris.
