摘    要:【目的】分析不同激素处理对叶用莴苣抽薹的影响。【方法】以绿色散叶莴苣耐抽薹GS59品种为材料,采用不同激素喷施处理后,利用酶联免疫法检测叶用莴苣中相关激素水平变化的情况。【结果】对照组在整个处理期内未发生抽薹;矮壮素处理后,叶用莴苣株型紧凑、茎粗壮且不易发生抽薹;赤霉素与生长素处理后植株均提早发生抽薹;三碘苯甲酸处理后,叶用莴苣早期无显著变化,后期发生迅速抽薹现象,但植株叶片小,茎细弱。【结论】在生产栽培时,可根据不同需要,进行激素选择。为了提高产量,可喷施矮壮素;为了促进抽薹开花,赤霉素为最优选择。

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to analyze the influence of different exogenous hormone treatments for bolting on lettuce.Methods]Leaf lettuce GS59 was used as material.Endogenous hormones content were detected by Enzyme Linked Immu nosorbent Assay.Results]The results showed that,leaves of lettuce became compact,stems became sturdy and less to bolting dealing with chlormequat chloride,and plants bolted early treated by gibberellin and auxin.After treated by TIBA,lettuce had no significant changes in early treatment,but in late stage,lettuce bolted quickly with small leaves and thin stems.Conclusion]In the production and cultivation,in order to increase yield and resistance,CCC can be used;and gibberellin is the best choice to promote bolting and flowering.
