| 摘 要： | 本文利用末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的dUTP缺口末端标记 (简称TUNEL)法对鸡感染鸭源流感病毒A/duck/Nanjing/ 2 1/ 95/ (H9N?)后的细胞凋亡情况进行了研究 结果发现 ,鸡在接种AIV后第 3d ,肾脏、肺、心、肝、脾、胸腺、法氏囊等组织发生了明显的细胞凋亡 ,其细胞凋亡率显著高于未接毒对照鸡 其中 ,肾脏的细胞凋亡率最高 ,为 8 9% ,其次是淋巴器官脾(2 6 % )、胸腺 (2 2 % )和法氏囊 (2 3% ) 这些结果表明A/duck/Nanjing/ 2 1/ 95(H9N?)毒株在活体内诱导了细胞凋亡

| Abstract: | Apoptosis in chickens infection with duck origin influenza virus A/duck/Nanjing/2/95(H 9N ?) was demonstrated by the nick end lablelling of DNA in situ (TUNEL).The results showed that intense apoptosis specific signal was detected in kidney,lung,heart,liver,spleen,thymus and bursal of fabricus.Moreover,the apoptosis index of these tissues were significantly higher than those of novmal chickens,and the tissues of highest apoptosis index was kidney(8 0%),then the lymphoid tissue:spleen(2.6%),Thymus(2.2%),bursal of fabricus (2.2%). These results suggest that avian influenza virus induces apoptosis in vivo. |
