| 摘 要： | 试验对46例临床型或隐性型奶牛乳房炎奶样进行细菌分离鉴定、致病性评估及药敏试验.共分离到24种63株细菌,其中葡萄球菌15株(23.81%),链球菌25株(39.69%),杆菌16株(25.39%),其他细菌7株(11.11%).经过绵羊血溶血试验及小白鼠动物试验,63株细菌中有26株为致病菌(41.27%),其中5株为葡萄球菌(19.23%)、14株为链球菌(53.85%)、7株为杆菌(26.92%).11大类33种药物的药敏试验结果表明,致病菌对临床上常用的青、链霉素及磺胺类药物均已产生不同程度的耐药性,而喹诺酮类药物则表现出较好的抑菌效果.

| Abstract: | Sixty three strains of bacteria were isolated from the milk of dairy cows with mastitis or subclinical mastitis in Beijing area Results showed that 15 strains among them were staphylococci (23 81%), 25 were streptococci (39 69%), 16 were bacilli (25 39%) and 7 were others (11 11%) Mice and sheep blood test demonstrated that 26 strains of them were proved pathogenic Drug sensitivity test showed that all pathogenic bacteria were resistant to penicillin and streptomycin frequently used, while Quinolones had a fairly good inhibiting effect on the pathogenic bacteria |
