桃果实内果皮木质素沉积的动态变化

摘    要:为研究桃果实内果皮的发育机理及裂核果形成的可能原因,本试验以‘露王仙’桃果实为试材,利用木质素特定显色反应,研究木质素在桃果实内果皮中的沉积过程以及裂核果木质素沉积的变化。结果表明:花后39d起,桃果实内果皮由种尖开始有木质素沉积,然后从里向外逐渐木质化,花后60d木质化过程完成。裂核果的内果皮没有完全木质化,核开裂部位形成愈伤组织。

Abstract:In order to study the developmental mechanism of the peach fruit endocarp and the possible reasons for the formation of split-pit fruit,by lignin specific color reaction,the lignin deposition in endocarp and the change in split-pit peach were studied in peach fruit(cv.Lu Wang Xian).The results showed that the endocarp near the top of seed began lignifications at 39 days after full bloom(AFB),then lignification enlarges from inside to outside.At 60 days AFB,the endocarp was lignified completely,while some tissue of endocarp in split-pit peach was not lignified completely,and callus was found there.
