| 摘 要： | 本试验通过对 80只昆明白小鼠超数排卵效果的观察分析表明,超排月份、小鼠日龄及注射PMSG剂量均对超排效果有显著或极显著的影响.每只小鼠获平均可用胚数,以 4月份、35和 36日龄小鼠、注射PMSG剂量 11 2iu时最多

| Abstract: | The test observed and analyzed the superovulation effect in eighty mice. The results indicated that there were significant difference for the superovulation effect in the tested months , ages of the mice and PMSG dosages. The fourth month, thirty five and thirty six ages of mouse and 11 2 iu PMSG dosage were the best for the available embryos average per mouse. |
