Thinking of the Small Cities and Towns Construction in Less Developed Towns

Based on the investigation in Lixian,one of the towns in Daxing county of Beijing,the paper analyzes the strategic significance of small cities and towns after introducing economic condition and their initial blueprint of small cities and towns development.Finally,the author puts forward several countermeasures about how to develop small cities and towns in less developed towns such as Lixin.
