| 摘 要： | 益生菌在保障人畜健康或防治某些疾病方面发挥着越来越重要的作用，选择不同来源和具有特殊功能的益生菌种成为国内外研究的热点。笔者从益生菌种的生物学特性、筛选技术及常用的益生菌种方面进行了综述，讨论了在益生菌研究和应用中需要解决的问题以及主要发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Probiotics are important in the health improvement of humen and domestic animals.Selecting new strains with special functions were a key study nowadays.In this paper,the authers reviewed the biological property,selection method and the usual probiotics strains.Existing problems in the study and application together with developing trends of probiotics were also discussed. |
