我国北方小豆地方品种资源的研究——主成分分析在评价小豆地方品种资源上的应用

摘    要:用主成分值与直接对群体各性状进行评价、筛选相比具有明显的优点:尺度严、漏网少、较客观、简单易行.通过主成分分析,从供试品种群体的19个性状中抽取了五个综合因子,即:产量因子、株高因子、籽粒大小因子、生育前期因子和生育后期因子.由这5个综合指标体系就能把各份资源材料的绝大部分遗传信息反应出来,加以综合评价.并选出7份综合性状优良的材料.

Abstract:The method of principal factor value has clear advantages, compared with direct appraisal and screening: degress is strict; slipe through the net is less; it is more objetive, simple and easy to do.Five complex factors were taken out from 19 properties of the varieties population for the test. They are yield factors、plant height、the seed dimension、the early growth duration and late growth duration. The vast majority hereditary information of every source can be responsed and appraised by the five complex targets. Seven excellent complex property varities were selected.
