小麦超氧化物歧化酶的研究

摘    要:小麦SOD有4条同功酶谱带,迁移率最慢的为Mn-SOD,其余三种同功酶是Cu、Zn-SOD。小麦SODⅢ的分子量为30400dalton其氨基酸组成中甘氨酸含量最大,不含甲硫氨酸;在较宽的温度范围内有酶活性,在偏碱性环境中酶活性较高,但pH>13后活性迅速下降。

Abstract:There were four different SOD isozymes in wheat seedling. The mobility ofMnSOD was the slowest in electrophoresis.The other three isozymes were Cu、Zn-SOD.The SOD Ⅲ was purified. Its molecular weight was 30400 daltons.In itscomposition Gly content wns the highest and no Cys existed.The SOD Ⅲ had higheractivity within a wide temperature and in alkalescent condition.IF PH> 13,the activi-ty decreased singificantly.
