摘    要:选用4个百合品种盆栽苗作试验材料,在0.0%(CK),0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%不同盐质量分数处理下,研究盐胁迫下百合叶片叶绿素(Chl)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量及抗氧化酶活性的变化。研究结果表明,4个品种耐盐性强弱为:在盐质量分数≤0.8%的条件下,‘贾丝廷纳’和‘潘多拉’对盐胁迫具备较强的缓冲、调节和适应能力,耐盐性强,而‘顶级白’和‘罗迪纳’耐盐性相对较弱。随盐质量分数增加,各品种叶绿素含量有所下降,且质量分数越高下降率越大;MDA含量均有所升高,而抗性强的品种变化幅度小。抗氧化酶活性变化大致表现为:随盐质量分数增加,抗性强的品种先增后降,抗性弱的品种则持续下降。分析表明,0.6%~0.8%高盐处理下,‘罗迪纳’抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)处于上升趋势。

Abstract:The research was aimed to understand the differences in salt-tolerance among lily varieties,and to discuss the salt-tolerance mechanisms of lily.Four cultivars were potted and subjected to the different NaCl solution(0.0%(CK),0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%).The contents of chlorophyll,malondidehyde and the activities of antioxidant enzymes were studied.The results showed that salt tolerance of ’Justina’ was the best among four varieties,followed by’Pandord’and’Top White’,among’Rodina’.As the salt concentration increased,the chlorophyll content of all cultivars decreased,and the higher the salt concentration,the greater the declined ratio.Malondidehyde levels of all cultivars increased,the varieties with strong salt-tolerance had a smaller magnitude of changes.The activity of antioxidant enzymes showed differences cultivars when the salt concentration increased.The ascorbate peroxidase in ’Rodina’ might play a major role with 0.6~0.8% NaCl solution.
