| 摘 要： | 山东某鸡场送检的40日龄发病鸡法氏囊经处理,离心取上清液,以绒毛尿囊膜途径接种10日龄SPF鸡胚,分离到一株病毒株.该毒株能使鸡胚于接种后72～84h内死亡,经琼脂扩散、血凝试验及动物回归试验,排除其他病原混合感染的可能,鉴定该分离毒株为鸡传染性法氏囊病毒(IBDV).

| Abstract: | The bursal supernatant of 40 day old infected chickens of shandong poultry origin is inoculated into 10 day old SPF embryonating eggs by the chorioallantic membrane (CAM) route,the virus isolate is acquired.It can cause the embryonating eggs dead between 72 and 84 hours postinoculation.The isolate of infectious bursal disease virus(IBDV) is identified by immunodiffusion;hemagglutination test and experimental infection. |
