| 摘 要： | 本研究以家鱼受精卵卵膜膨胀,胚胎发育速度,受精卵半数孵化时间,孵化率和仔鱼畸形率为观察指标。研究结果表明:试验浓度为28%的高碑店污水对鱼的胚胎发育具有一定影响。与该污水对仔鱼及大型蚤(Daphnia magna)的毒性试验相比,鱼类胚胎发育受污水影响更为敏感一些。

| Abstract: | The parameters including the egg membrane expand, the rate of em-
bryo development, the hatching time and rate of half fertilized eggs and
the deformity rate of larva are observed when eggs are exposured to
sewage. The results show that the development of fish embryo will be
inhibited. when the polluted degree of sewage is 28%.
According to the toxic test, the development of embryo is more Sen-
sitive to sewage than larva and Daphnia magna. |
