摘    要:目的]为探索NO在盐胁迫下冰叶日中花(Mesembryanthemum crystallinum L.)种子萌发中的调控作用.方法]以200 mmol/L NaC1处理冰叶日中花种子,施用不同浓度外源NO供体SNP(0、50、100、300、500、800 μmol/L)、NO抑制剂(100 μmol/L C-PTIO,100 μmol/L L-NAME,100 μmol/L Tungstate),检测种子发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数.结果]结果表明,盐胁迫抑制了种子萌发,适当浓度的SNP能缓解盐胁迫对冰叶日中花种子萌发的抑制作用,甚至完全消除盐胁迫造成的影响.SNP以300 μmol/L效果较好,而浓度过高则会起到抑制作用.加入NO抑制剂减少了内源NO,加剧了盐胁迫对种子萌发的抑制作用.结论]以上结果表明NO在盐胁迫下冰叶日中花种子萌发时起着重要的信号调控作用.

Abstract:In order to explore the regulation role of NO in seed germination of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum L.in response to NaCl stress,in this study,the seeds under 200 mmol/L NaC1 were treated with different concentrations of exogenous NO Donor SNP (0、50、100、300、500、800 μmol/L),and NO Inhibitors (100 μmol/L C-PTIO,100 μmol/L L-NAME,100 μmol/L Tungstate).Then the seed germination rate,germination index,and vitality index were measured.The results showed that NaCl stress inhibited the seed germination,but the appropriate SNP concentration could relieve the inhibition,and even completely eliminated the impact of NaCl stress.The 300μmol/L SNP presented the best relieving effect,while high concentration SNP exhibited the inhibition effect.NO inhibitor treatments reduced endogenous NO,then the inhibition effect of NaCl stress on seed germination was increased.The results suggested that NO played an important signaling role in seed germination under NaCl stress in M.crystallinum L..
