北京都市型现代农业评价指标体系构建及实证研究

发展都市型现代农业是北京建设社会主义新农村的首要任务和着力点，指标体系是评价都市型现代农业的基本手段和方法。笔者构建一套合理的评价指标体系，应用定量分析的方法对北京都市型现代农业的综合生产水平、资源利用水平、社会服务水平和保障水平进行科学的测评。研究表明，当前北京都市型现代农业的发展总体处于初步实现阶段，与基本实现的要求尚存差距。北京都市型现代农业多功能性发展呈不均衡状态，生产功能和生态功能发挥较好，社会服务功能亟待突破，支撑保障体系需继续加强和完善。

Guide Line System and Demonstration Analysis on Urban Agriculture in Beijing

The development of urban agriculture is key to constructing socialistic new country in Beijing,guide line is a basic method of appraising urban agriculture.We design a set of guide line,which measure the actuality of urban agriculture,including production standard,utilization of natural resources,social service and ensurement of urban agriculture.As a whole,the status of urban agriculture has come into being primarily stage,but each function of urban agriculture unbalanced in Beijing.Its productive function and ecological function display better.But its living function should be upgraded,and the system of supporting it needs to be strengthened.
