| 摘 要： | 测定了石榴皮、牵牛种子、皂角种子3种植物不同有机溶剂(石油醚、氯仿、甲醇)提取物对朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus)的生物活性。其中,牵牛种子石油醚、氯仿提取物的触杀作用较好,质量浓度为1 mg/mL时,对朱砂叶螨48 h后死亡率均可达到90%以上(P<0.05);杀卵作用方面,牵牛种子石油醚、氯仿提取物与皂角种子氯仿提取物的效果较好,死亡率均达到70%以上(P<0.05)。

| Abstract: | Three kinds of solvents were used to extract the active components from the husk of Punica granatum,seeds of Pharbitis nil and Gleditsia sinensis.They were investigated for their acarocidal activity against Tetranychus cinnabarinus.The results indicated that the extracts of chloroform and petroleum ether from the seeds of P.nil appeared strong acarocidal activities.The mortalities were above 90% in the concentration of 1 mg per ml(P<0.05).The extracts of petroleum ether from the seeds of P.nil,chloroform from the seeds of P.nil and G.sinensis.The mortalities of egg were all above 70%(P<0.05). |
