地方农业院校服务现代农业增强农村发展活力的路径探索——基于北京农学院发展的思考

"中共中央国务院关于加快发展现代农业进一步增强农村发展活力的若干意见"明确提出保供增收惠民生、改革创新添活力的目标,突出强调加大农村改革力度、政策扶持力度、科技驱动力度,进一步解放和发展农村社会生产力,增强农村发展活力。增强农村发展活力,是一项系统工程,需要方方面面的要素支持,其中人才是根本,科技是关键,文化是动力,机制是保障。高等农业院校作为农业人才培养、科技创新与成果转化、文化传承的重要阵地,要切实肩负起推进现代农业发展、增强农村发展活力的历史重任。

Exploration of the approaches of local agriculture colleges to servinges the modern agriculture and increasinges the vitality of rural development——Thinking based on the development of Beijing university of agriculture

China＇s central government has had issued its first policy document for of 2013 ,it and puts forward the target clearly that people＇s livelihood we should beprotect the security secured of people＇s livelihood by guaranteeing the agriculture supply, and the increase innovation vitality should be increased through long lasting reform. It also emphasized the importance of reform and rural policy support and technology. The rural productive forces should be further emancipated and developed. The enhancing vitality of rural development is a systematic project and needs support from all aspects, where talent is fundamental, science and technology is the key element, culture is the driving force and mechanism is the guarantee. Higher agricultural col- leges, as the base for training agricultural personnel, transforming the achievements of science S＆T and innovation and inheri- ting the traditional cultural heritage, we need to shoulder the important responsibility of the development developingof modern agriculture and enhancement enhancingof the rural development vitality.
