损毁北京鸭下丘脑腹内侧核及腹外侧区对体重、器官重量的影响

摘    要:实验用4周龄北京鸭,雌雄不拘.饲喂第3d,用2mA直流电对北京鸭下丘脑腹内侧核(VMH)和腹外侧区(LHA)进行双侧阳极损毁.于损毁后第17d进行脑灌流.以脑切片所在位置将28只动物分成4组:对照组(I)9只,损毁VMH组15只,其中VMH非脂肪肝组(Ⅱ)8只,VMH脂肪肝组(Ⅲ)7只,损毁LHA(Ⅳ)4只.观察各组体重、器官重的变化,结果如下:1)损毁当天,各组活重无显著性差异.2)灌流前各组体重结果:损毁VMH脂肪肝组(2.78±0.19)kg显著高于假损毁组(2.47±0.14)kg(P<0.05),而损毁LHA组体重(1.73±0.2)kg显著低于假损毁组(P<0.01).3)测定屠体中,损毁VMH脂肪肝组肌胃重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而损毁LHA组肌胃重、胴体重、腹脂和胸腿肌重均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)这提示:禽类同样存在有摄食中枢和饱中枢,它们对禽类的摄食活动起着重要的作用.

Abstract:The experiment here lesioned both VMH and LHA of Beijing ducks, at 4-5 weeks age. We poured into duck's brain seventeenth day after lesion. We divided 28 ducks into four groups by lesioned position of brain cut: control group (I) 9 ducks, VMH-lesioned without fat liver (Ⅱ) 8 ducks, VMH-lesioned with fat liver (Ⅲ) 7 ducks, LHA-lesioned 4 ducks. Then we measured the changes of body weight and orange weight each groups. The results showed: Body weight of Ⅲ group was higher than I group (P<0. 05), but Ⅳ group's body weight was lower than I group (P<0.01). Gizzard Weight of Ⅲ group was higher than I group (P<0. 05), but gizzard weight, bone-in carcass weight, weight of abdomen fat and muscle weight of chest and leg of Ⅳ group were lower than I group (P<0. 01 ). The results showed: There are food intake centre and full centre in poultry.
