瑞香狼毒的CO_2超临界提取工艺及其杀螨活性的研究

摘    要:利用二氧化碳(CO2)超临界萃取技术提取瑞香狼毒中触杀朱砂叶螨的有效成分并进行工艺优化,研究提取物的杀螨活性。通过对影响提取率的3个因素(压力、温度、时间)进行正交试验设计,优化提取工艺。将优化工艺所得的提取物与传统提取技术(溶剂提取法)所提取的物质进行杀螨活性比较。优选出CO2超临界萃取的最佳工艺是:压强30 MPa,温度40℃,时间1.5 h,使用此工艺不但可以将萃取率由原来的2.06%提高为2.68%,而且杀螨活性也显著提高,LC50由原来的3.818 3 g/L降低为2.436 6 g/L。所以,CO2超临界萃取瑞香狼毒有效成分是一种比较优越的方法。

Abstract:The extractive technic from the rhizome of(Stellera chamaejasme) by supercritical fluid and its biological activities were studied.Three extraction factors,pressure,temperature and extraction time,were investigated by orthogonal design to optimize the technology.The results showed that when the pressure and temperature were 30 MPa and 40 ℃ respectively,the extraction rate could be attained 2.68% after 1.5 h,larger than the extraction rate by traditional method.In the experiment of biologtical activities against Tetranychus cinnabarinus(Boisduval),LC50 of chemical constituents extracted by supercritical fluid and solvent extraction were 2.436 6 g/L,and 3.818 3 g/L.
