灌溉对冬小麦籽粒产量和营养品质影响的初步研究

1985和1987年在河南新乡进行的试验表明,灌溉对小麦籽粒产量、蛋白质产量和营养品质有明显影响。在豫北小麦生育期内进行灌溉,无论是在干旱年份或雨水偏多年份均能提高小麦籽粒产量和蛋白质产量。在干旱年份灌溉能提高千粒重,蛋白质含量和赖氨酸含量;而在雨水偏多的年份灌溉会降低千粒重和蛋白质含量。

A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF IRRIGATION ON THE GRAIN YIELD AND NUTRIENT QUALITY OF WINTER WHEAT

The field trials in Xinxiang Henan province from 1985 to 1987, showedthat the grain yield, the protein yield and the nutrient quality of winterwheat are significantly influenced by irrigation. During the growing periodof winter wheat, wether the weather is drying or wetting, irrigation canincrease grain yield and protein yield. In the drying year, irrigation canincrease the 1000-grain weight, grain yield, protein content and lysinecontent; but in the wetting year can decrease the 1000-grain weight andprotein content.
