| 摘 要： | 分别采用不同浓度的IAA、NAA、6-BA处理油豆角种子,结果表明:5mg/LIAA、5mg/LNAA和1㎎/L6-BA不仅可缩短油豆角种子的发芽时间,而且可提高其发芽率、发芽势及活力指数。其中,5㎎/LIAA处理的效果最明显,对油豆角种子发芽及幼苗早期生长都有良好的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Seeds of Phaseolus vulgaris were treated with different concentrations of IAA,NAA and 6-BA.The results indicated not only the time of the germination was reduced but also the germination rate,germination vigor,vigor index were improved with 5mg/L IAA,5mg/L NAA and 1mg/L 6-BA treatments respectively.Among these the treatment with 5mg/L IAA can obviously enhance the germination rate,germination vigor,vigor index.They can enhance the seeds germination and seeding previous growth of Phaseolus vulgaris better. |
