摘    要:以常规育种方法为主,把小麦远缘杂交与常规育种有机结合,利用两个小麦与长穗偃麦草远缘杂交后代材料87135和88111经有性杂交培育出小麦新品种小偃166,具有优质强筋,抗病性突出、综合性状好、丰产性好等突出优点,其籽粒粗蛋白(干基)为16.4%,稳定时间37.1min,高抗到免疫条锈病。本文对小偃166亲本选配、选育过程及选育经验、主要特征特性、优质丰产技术、产业化推广模式进行了系统研究和总结。

Study on Breeding and Characteristic of A new Variety Xiaoyan166 with Strong Gluten and Disease-resistant

Abstract:Xiaoyan166 was bred by sexual hybridization using pedigree technique and distant hybridization combination; its two parents are 87135 and 88111 which were distant hybridization progenies materials between wheat and Elytrigia elongatum. The main advantages of Xiaoyan166 are high quality with strong gluten,high yield ,resistance to diseases, and its protein content is 16.4%, stability time is 37.1 min. The parent selecting, breeding process and experience, main characteristic, cultivate technology and extend model of Xiaoyan166 are systematically studied and summarized in this article.
