黑莓和红树莓初代培养研究

黑莓和红树莓是目前世界上发展最为迅速的第三代新兴小浆果类果树。本试验以威娜米特(Willamatt)和沙泥(Shawnee)为试材,研究了在组培快繁时,影响其初代培养的因素,结果表明:初代培养时,选黑莓和红树莓中部半木质化的茎段为外植体存活率最高,褐化率最低;在大田栽培的植株,黑莓和红树莓以6月中旬取材,外植体萌芽快,萌芽率高,污染率低;黑莓和红树莓适宜的初代培养培养基为MS+BA 1.0+NAA 0.1,为黑莓和红树莓良种的快速繁殖提供了参考依据。

Study on Primary Culture of the Blackberry and the American Red Raspberry

Now Bramble(Rubus L.) caught the attention of planters. But there are scare of seedlings in the market,which restricted seriously the upsurge of the Bramble industry.For solving this problem,the factors that affected the primary culture of the American red raspberry and the Blackberry were studied by using the technology of tissue culture.Main results were showed as followed:In primary culture,the explants of the American red raspberry and the Blackberry that their middle part were semi-xylem were selected.Its survival rate was the highest and browning rate was the lowest.Under the natural state,the optimum selecting materials date for the American red raspberry and the blackberry was the middle ten days of June.On those day,the explants sprouted fast and highly and the contamination rate of explants was relatively lower.The optimum medium for the American red raspberry and the Blackberry was MS BA1.0 NAA0.1.
