黄斑长翅卷叶蛾性信息素腺体的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:黄斑长翅卷叶蛾性信息素腺体呈背囊状,由半环状体和囊状体两部分组成。在扫描电镜下观察,二者之间有一凹陷沟,且两部分的超微结构很不相同。环状体表面有许多较大波折,且无乳状突起;囊状体是起伏不平的复杂的折皱,有大小不一的乳状突起布满这些折皱。因此,囊状体是性腺体的关键部位。

AN OBSERVAION WITH SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPE ON THE SURFACE OF THE SEX GLAND OF YELLOW TOTRIX
Abstract:The fine surface structure of the sex gland of the yellow tortrix(Aclers fimbriana Thunberg)was observed by means of a scanning electron microscope.The sex pheromone gland of yellow tortrix show a dorsal-sac shape,and it consists of a half-ring form part and a sac projecture.In the image seen form the scanning electron microscope, the ultrastrutures of these two are quite different.There is a channel between two parts the surface of the half-ring form parts is fully distributed With creases structures,and no nipple structure.The sac projecture is covered by com- plicated creases and a lot of nipple structures in it.which are in much different size.Hence,the sac projecture is the key part of sex gland.
