亚硫酸氢钠和氯化钾对枣树叶片光合效率的影响

摘    要:试验用光呼吸抑制剂亚硫酸氢钠和具有可增大气孔开张度的氯化钾处理枣树叶片,抑制光呼吸并增大气孔开张度,促进叶片对二氧化碳的吸收,从而提高了光合效率。结果表明,用500ppm 的亚硫酸氢钠光合效率可提高76.35%,用1000ppm 的氯化钾光合效率可提高72.93%,用300ppm 亚硫酸氢钠加1000ppm 氯化钾可提高92.04%。

EFFECT OF NariSO_3 AND KCI ON THE PHOTOSYNTHETIC EFFICIENCY OF JUJUBE LEAVES
Abstract:Photorespiration inhibitor NaHSO_3 and KCI applied to jujube leaves in this experiment inhibited the photorespi- ration and enlarged the open width of stomates,promoted the leaves,absorption of CO_2,this the photosynthetic effi- ciency was increased.The results showed that the photosynthetic efficiency could increase 76.35% by applying 500ppm NaHSOa.It could increase 72.93% by applying 1000ppm KCI.Applying 1000ppm KCl+300ppm NaH- SO_3,the photosynthetic efficiency could increase 92.04%.
