摘    要:为了了解饥饿胁迫对虾类消化器官组织结构的影响,采用石蜡切片和电镜技术对淡水克氏原螯虾的胃、中肠和肝胰腺组织进行了观察。结果表明,螯虾胃壁变薄,中肠管腔变窄,肝胰腺萎缩,分泌物减少,组织学结构与功能明显衰退;中肠肠壁皱褶变得少而浅,微绒毛减少;肝细胞中脂肪滴大量减少,细胞间隙增大;胃、肠上皮细胞尤其是肝细胞内线粒体肿胀、嵴断裂、空泡化,粗面内质网肿胀、糖原颗粒减少,饥饿胁迫对螯虾消化器官的组织结构具有显著的影响。

Abstract:In order to understand the influence of starvation on the digestive system of prawn,histological structure of the stomach,midgut and hepatopancreas of crayfish Procambarus Clarkii was observed through light and electronic microscopy.The results showed that morphological and histological structure of digestive organs was changed by starvation.The stomach wall and the midgut lumen were shrunken and the hepatopancreas was atrophied.Mucous folds decreased in size and number,and microvillis was sparse in midgut lumen.The number of lipid droplets and secretary granules all decreased in hepatopancreas.In epithelium of stomach and midgut,especially in hepatopancreas,not only the mitochondrion was vacuolated and cristaes of mitochondrion was ruptured and disappeared,but also glycogen particles disappeared and rough endoplastic reticulum was swollen.Signs of degeneration in histological structure and function of digestive organs were significant during starvation.
