| 摘 要： | 核型分析是生物物种分类的重要依据之一,裸燕麦据国内外报导并不一定只是一个物种,我们对五个六倍体裸燕麦材料进行了核型分析,体细胞的染色体数虽是42,但核型所有明显不同,由此可以以为六倍体裸燕麦也不一定只有一个种。

| Abstract: | Karyotype analysis is one of the most important bases in the classifiction of species.It has been reported that hexaploid oat is not certainly belong to same species.We performed karyotype analysis in 5 specimen of hexaploid oat and found that, among the 5 specimen, although the number of all body cell's chromosome is 42, the karyotype is apparently different. The observation has provided evidence that more then one specie of hexagloid oat exists. |
