苹果不同砧木叶水势及保水力的研究

摘    要:本文采用压力室法测定叶水势,利用离体叶片在空气中脱水法测定保水力。研究结果表明,山丁子(M.bacataBorkh.)叶片在全天(7—19h)内的水势,在24h脱水过程中叶片的含水量(占鲜重的百分率),均低于八棱海棠(M.micromalusMak.)与保德海红(M.prunifoliaBorkh.),表明八棱海棠对旱害胁迫的抗性强。

Abstract:Water potential and water holding capacity of leaves were determinated by means of Pressure chamber method and dehydration method of the detached leaves in air,respectively,in the study. The results showed that both of the water potential of leaves all the day,(from 7 to 19 hours) and the water holding capacity of leaves that occupied the percentage of fresh weight during dehydrating process last for 24 hours in M.baccata Borkh were lower than that in M.Micromalus Mak. or M.Prunifolia Borkh.,by which we could draw a conclusion that M.Micromalus Mak.had a strong resistance for dry injury stress.
