| 摘 要： | 本试验是在有弥雾装置并加盖遮阳网的塑料大棚中， 用不同的植物生长调节剂ＩＡＡ、ＩＢＡ、ＮＡＡ 处理叶子花的一年生木质化插条和当年生嫩枝， 进行扦插试验。结果表明：ＩＡＡ、ＩＢＡ、ＮＡＡ 均可提高一年生插条的生根率、增加生根数和生根长度， 尤其以ＩＢＡ＋ ＮＡＡ 混合处理， 诱导生根效应最好。叶子花的当年生嫩枝作插条， 无论何种处理都难以生根。叶子花插条的生根类型为皮部生根， 并且生根部位主要集中在距基部节位１ 的范围

| Abstract: | The experiment was done by dealing Bougainvillea glabra's cutting with different kind of plant-growth regulator IAA.IBA.NAA in greenhouse that was fitted densed-fog device and sun proof cover The results show:(1)IAA,IBA,NAA can all raise annual cuttings root rate,increase root numbers and root length,especially dealing anuual cutting with IBA NAA,the rooting effect was the best.(2)wheather treating or not,the delicate cutting of Bougainvillea glabra can not root.(3)the cutting's root of Bougainvillea glabra took place on the skin of the base joint within 1CM. |
