吡哆醇离解常数及稀土络合物稳定常数的测定

摘    要:本文用pH电位法测定了吡哆醇的离解常数得到数值为pK_14.99、pK_29.00。同时测定了La~(3+)、Gd~(3+)、Tm~(3+)与吡哆醇络合物的稳定常数。用Bjerrum法得到La、lgβ_12.72; Gd、lgβ_13.67、lgβ_26.34;Tm、lgβ_13.88,lgβ_26.73。由体系中络离子的分布状况可以得到生物学上有意义的结果。

Abstract:The existence of pyridoxin complexes with rare earth ions in aqueous solutions was demonstrated by potentionmetric measurements with glass electrodes. The major results are as foolows: H_2L PK_1 4.99, PK_2 9.00 LaL_2 lgβ_1 2.72 GdL_2 lgβ_1 3.67, lgβ_2 6.34 TmL_2 lgβ_1 3.88, lgβ_2 6.73 where L denotes pyridoxin. The biological importance of the data can be realized from the distribution of these complexes.
