玉米抗茎腐病育种的研究

摘    要:对由腐霉菌引起的玉米茎腐病的抗性遗传研究结果表明:玉米对茎腐病的抗性存在极显著差异。正反交差异不明显,属于核遗传,为不完全显性。杂种F1代的抗性受双亲抗性的形响。基因加性效应大于显性效应,属于数量性状遗传,抗性遗传力较高。10个抗感性稳定的玉米自交系间一般配合力(GCA)和特殊配合力(SCA)存在极显著差异。在玉米抗茎腐病的育种中,要重视抗原的筛选和抗性配合的测定。只有选用高抗腐病,且一般配合力较高的亲本,才能选配出理想的抗病杂交种。

Abstract:The inheritance of the resistance of maize to stalk rot caused by pythium sp was studied. The results were as follows: maize in resistance to stalk rot caused by phthium sp. has among significant difference,and differences of reciprocal crosses were not significant the resistant inheritance of maize was controlled by the uncles. It was incomplete dominant. The resistance of F1 hybrids was controlled mainly by the resistance of their parents. The additive gene effect was more important than the dominant effect the inheritance of resistance was guantitative inheritance and had higher inheritability. There are among significant difference in resistant general and specific combining abilility (GCA. SCA ) in ten self-bred lines of maize. Therefore, the screening if resistant sources and the determination of assistance combining ability should be emphasized in the breeding program of maize stalk rot resistance. In order to select an ideal hybrid, both parents should be highly resistant.
