甲胺基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐与高效氯氰菊酯混配对甜菜夜蛾的增效作用

摘    要:采用点滴法,测定了甲胺基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐与高效氯氰菊酯混配对甜菜夜蛾幼虫的增效作用。结果表明:甲胺基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐与高效氯氰菊酯以0.1∶3.9、0.2∶3.8、0.3∶3.7、0.4∶3.6、0.5∶3.5混配都表现出明显的增效作用,共毒系数(CTC)为256.2~757.1,其中以0.3∶3.7与0.4∶3.6混配增效作用最强,其共毒系数分别为753.4和757.1。

Abstract:With the topical application method,the synergistic effect of emamectin benzoate mixed with beta cypermethrin to Spodoptera exigua Hunber was determined.The results indicated that emamectin benzoate combined with beta cypermethrin in 0.1∶3.9,0.2∶3.8,0.3∶3.7,0.4∶3.6,0.5∶3.5 all showed significant synergism to the pest than used alone,and the co-toxicity coefficient(CTC) ranged from 256.2 to 757.1.The combinations in 0.3∶3.7,0.4∶3.6 possessed the strongest synergism,and the CTC were 753.4 and 757.1,respectively.
