鹿茸醇提物对用环磷酰胺处理的小白鼠生理生化指标的影响

用环磷酰胺处理小白鼠 ,就鹿茸醇提物对小白鼠的影响进行实验研究 ,用以探讨鹿茸醇提物对小白鼠的作用及作用机制。结果表明 :鹿茸醇提物组 (即实验组 )小白鼠血清钙、镁、磷含量分别为 2 2 4± 0 0 3mmol/L、 1 6 5± 0 0 2mmol/L、 2 2 8± 0 0 4mmol/L ,对照组则分别为 2 1 2± 0 0 3mmol/L、 1 6 4± 0 0 3mmol/L、 2 2 9± 0 0 3mmol/L ,两组相比 ,无显著性差异 (p >0 0 5 ) ;实验组小白鼠血清中高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)、总胆固醇 (CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)含量分别为 1 4 8± 0 0 7mmol/L、 2 0 7± 0 1 0mmol/L、 0 78± 0 0 8mmol/L ,对照组则分别为 1 1 5± 0 0 9mmol/L、 2 1 3± 0 1 5mmol/L、 0 82± 0 0 5mmol/L ,与对照组相比 ,实验组HDL较高 ,有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,总胆固醇、甘油三酯较低 ,差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ;实验组小白鼠血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白分别为 74 6± 0 5 6g/L、 2 5 2± 0 2 9g/L、 49 4± 0 73g/L ,对照组则分别为 6 2 1± 0 2 3g/L、 2 1 3± 0 2 1g/L、 40 8± 0 2 5g/L ,实验组总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白极显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1 )实验组小白鼠体重增加 2 37± 0 1 8g/只 ,而对?

The Effects of the Alcohol Extract of Pilose Antler on some Physiologic and Biochemical parameters in the Mice Treated by Cyclophosphamide

In this paper,the effects of the alcohol extract of pilose antler(AEPA)on the mice treated by cyclophosphamide were studied.It was found that the effects of AEPA on the contents of the mice's serum Ca、Mg and P were not significant(p>0 05),AEPA could significantly increase the content of the mice's serum HDL (p<0 05), decrease the contents of the mices serum total cholesterol and triglyceride (p>0 05),increase significantly the contents of themice s serum total proteins、 albumin and globulin(p<0 01),increase significantly body weight of the mice (p<0 01). These results suggest that AEPA can enhance immune function, stimulate the synthesis of proteins and growth in the mice.The results also showed that AEPA exerted a significant opposite action to the side-effects of cyclophosphamide on the mice.
