羊粪和化肥配施对复垦土壤酶活性的影响

摘    要:以玉米为供试作物,采用完全组合设计,通过盆栽试验研究了不同用量的羊粪和化肥配施对矿区复垦土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:在化肥用量一定时,幼苗期、抽雄期土壤脲酶、磷酸酶活性随羊粪用量的增加而升高;羊粪用量一定时,随化肥用量的增加,土壤脲酶、磷酸酶活性呈先升高后降低的趋势,并在N 0.24g·kg-1、P2O50.08g·kg-1时达到最大,成熟期则随化肥用量的增加而升高;施肥对土壤过氧化氢酶活性的影响主要表现为苗期。综合考虑,不同处理以羊粪32g·kg-1与N 0.24g·kg-1、P2O50.08g·kg-1配施对土壤酶活性的影响较好。

Abstract:By complete combination design,the effects of different dosage of sheep dung and fertilizer on mine reclamation soil enzyme activity were studied by corn pot experiment.The results showed that when the fertilizer dosage was fixed,soil urease and alkali-phosphatase activities raised with the increase of sheep dung dosage at third leaf stage and tasseling stage; when sheep dung dosage was fixed,with the increase of fertilizer dosage soil urease and phosphatase activities increased first,then decreased,reaching the maximum when N was 0.24 g · kg^-1 and P2O5 was 0.08 g · kg^-1.However,soil urease and alkali-phosphatase activities raised with the increase of fertilization at the physiological maturity stage.The effects of fertilization on soil catalase activity were more obviously at the third leaf stage.Taking a comprehensive consideration,sheep dung 32 g · kg^-1 matched with 0.24 g · kg^-1 N,P2O5 0.08 g · kg^-1 was the best for soil enzyme activity.
