摘    要:根据电阻应变测试系统的要求,以LabVIEW虚拟仪器硬件和软件系统为平台,构造了具有标定功能的电阻信号采集系统,包括测量和标定原理分析、仪器前面板设计、后台设计等,可实时显示测试结果和存储数据,便于后续数据分析和处理。试验对比表明,系统测量的稳定性和准确性较高,能满足引起应变的非电物理量工程测量的要求。

Design of Resistance Signal Acquisition System with Calibration Function

Abstract:According to the requirements of resistance strain test system,the resistance signal acquisition system with calibration function is constructed with LabVIEW virtual instrument hardware and software system as the platform.This system includes measurement and calibration principle analysis,instrument front panel design,and background design,which allows for the real-time displaying test results and data storage,facilitating follow-up data analysis and processing.Test comparison shows that the stability and accuracy of this system are high,which can meet the requirements of the strain-causing non-electric physical engineering measurement.
