摘    要:在用气相色谱法火焰光度检测器(FPD)测定有机磷农药残留时,基质效应普遍存在。敌敌畏、二嗪磷、乐果、毒死蜱、马拉硫磷、甲基异柳磷、丙溴磷和伏杀硫磷8种农药在番茄、西葫芦、韭菜和青椒中基质效应多数表现为增强,只有在辣椒中基质效应表现为基本不变。对于敌敌畏这种易挥发、在碱性溶液中易水解的农药,在基质青椒中回收率会降低,其他基质中影响不大。

The Recovery and Matrix Effect of Organophosphorate Residual in Vegetable by Gas Chromatogrephy

Abstract:The matrix effects present commonly in the residual analysis of organophosphorus in pesticidesby gas chromatogrephy FPD. When tomato, pumpkin, Chinese chives, and green pepper were tested, the matrix effects of dichlorvos, diazinon, dimethoate, chlorpyrifos, malathion, isofenphos-methyl, profenofos, and phosalone were usually en hanced, with the relative constant only in chili. The recovery of dichlorvos in green pepper is lower, because dichlorvos is volatile and easly hydrolyzed in alkaline liquor.
