摘    要:以黑大豆种子为试验材料,在不同超重力及时间处理下,研究绿素含量、游离脯氨酸含量、过氧化物酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性等生理指标.结果显示,超重力处理后,与对照相比黑大豆的叶绿素a、b及叶绿素含量均及显著高于对照,叶绿素a、b及叶绿素含量均以2000×g,60 min处理最高;超重力处理后,游离脯氨酸含量均极显著低于对照;超重力处理后,POD活性及SOD活性则均极显著高于对照,POD活性以1000×g,40 min为最高;SOD活性则以1000×g,60 min为最高.

Abstract:In this study, the contents of chlorophyll and free proline, and the activities of peroxidase and superoxide dis- mutase were detected in black soybean treated with three kinds of super gravity conditions in different exposure times. The results showed that compared with the control group, hypergravity significantly increased the content of chloro- phyll a and b in black soybean and chlorophyll content, which got the highest level with the gravity at 2000 ~ g, for 60 min. In contrast, the free proline content decreased significantly compared with the controls. The activities of POD and SOD in treatment groups were significantly higher than those in control group. The highest levels of POD and SOD ac- tivities were observed when the hypergravity treatment reached at 1000 X g for 40 min, and 1000 X g for 60 min, re- spectively.
