| 摘 要： | 本研究用不同浓度的CaCl2 溶液作为保鲜液 ,对月季切花进行瓶插试验。通过外部形态观察和生理指标测定 ,结果表明 :用CaCl2 溶液瓶插月季切花可以增强花枝的吸水能力 ,增加花枝的鲜重 ,保持切花的水分平衡 ;降低膜脂过氧化水平 ,维持膜结构的相对稳定性 ,从而 ,使切花的瓶插寿命比对照延长 2 - 3天 ,其中以 4%CaCl2 溶液保鲜效果最好

| Abstract: | The base of cut rose was steeped in 2%-6% CaCl\-2 solution, and observed outword norphology and determined physiological index, the result show: CaCl\-2 could increase the ability that cut rose absorb water and fresh weight, and maintained water balance, and decreased MDA content, and maintained stability of membrance in petals of rose. The vase-life of cut roses could extend for 2-3 days than contrust. The solution of 4% CaCl\-2 is the best fresh-keeping liquid. |
