缩节安(PIX)对冬小麦调节效应的初步研究

摘    要:试验采用100~1000μg/g缩节安(PIX)作浸种发芽,发现浓和幼苗高度呈直线负相关;拔节期用1000,2000,3000μg/gPIX和清水进行叶面喷施,结果表明,PIX具有抑制节间伸长,降低株高的明显效应。在1000~2000μg/g范围内,既可矮化植株,又能提高生理活性,同时对产量性状也无不良影响。因此,合理喷施PIX,能够调节小麦株高,达到防止倒伏,增加产量的效果。

Abstract:The objective of this study was to determine the influence of PIX on winter wheat. PIX was applied from 0 to 1000ppm at seed-soaking, and sprayed from 1000 to 3000ppm at elongation stage. PIX application resulted in reduced length of iuternodes and plant height significantly. Application of PIX from 1000 to 2000ppm retarded plant height, increased thephysiological activities and did not affect grain yield. Therefore, adequate application of PIX may possess favourable regulating effects to winter wheat,especially for raising strong seedlings and preventing plants from lodging.
