摘    要:本文较详细研究了乳酸氟哌酸—锆(Ⅳ)—四溴二氯萤光素三元络合物。在可见光谱区,创立了一种简便、快速、测定痕量乳酸氟哌酸的新方法。络合物的最大吸收峰在556nm处。表观摩尔吸光系数ε=2.58×104L·mol-1·cm-1。乳酸氟哌酸含量在0~70μg/10ml范围内遵守比尔定律。方法用于兽药中乳酸氟哌酸的测定,结果令人满意。

Abstract:A new,simple and rapid spectrophotometric method for determination of trace Norfloxacini Lactas (NFL) with tetrabromodichloro-fluorescein(TBDCF) in the presebce of zirconium has been developed.The maxinum absorption of the complex of NFL-Zr (IV)-TBDCF is at 556 nm and its apparent molar absotptivity is 2.58×104L.mol-1.cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed br TBDCF in the range 0-70μg/10ml. Thg proposed method has been applied to determination of TBDCF in veterinary medicines with satisfactory results.
